Blueberry cheesecake (no-bake!)

Here the Blueberry cheese cake recepie in englisch to my international friends! (Link to the finnish one here)

Bottom
150g biscuits
75g butter

Filling
6 leaf gelatins (or 12g of agar agar powder)
250g frozen blueberries melted
200g plain cream cheese
200g vanilla cream cheese
400g vanilla quark
2,5 dl sugar
0,5 tsp salt
0,5 tsp kardamom

1. Crash the biscuits and mix them with melted butter. Press to the bottom of your cake mold.
2. Whip together the cream cheeses, quark, sugar, salt and kardamom.
3. Place the blueberries to a pot, mix the agar agar to them, and bring the mixture to a boiling point and stir until the agar agar has melted.
4. Quickly whisk the blueberry mash with the cream cheese batter.
5. Pour the batter on top of the biscuit layer to your cake mold.
6. Move the cake to a fridge and let it set overnight.
7. Enjoy!
